Diplio is a web app that uses artificial intelligence to turn rough notes into polished messages. Suggested messages are generated automatically and are provided as drafts for you to review. You are responsible for reading, editing, and deciding whether to send anything Diplio produces.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use Diplio. By using the app you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
We may change the features or limits of either plan over time. Material changes affecting paid subscribers will be communicated where reasonably possible.
Paid subscriptions are sold and processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record for your purchase. This means Lemon Squeezy handles checkout, billing, applicable taxes, and receipts. Your subscription renews automatically each billing period until cancelled. Prices may be exclusive of taxes, which are added at checkout where applicable.
When you subscribe, you receive a license key that unlocks Premium. Keep it private. The key may be activated on a limited number of devices. We may suspend or revoke a key that is shared, abused, or associated with a cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent payment.
You can cancel your subscription at any time; Premium remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. Refund requests are handled in accordance with the policy of our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy. To request a refund or get billing help, contact us at guybarazani@icloud.com.

You keep ownership of the text you submit and the messages you generate. You grant us the limited right to process your input through our AI provider solely to deliver the service to you. You are responsible for the content you submit and for how you use the output.
Diplio's suggestions are produced by an automated model and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or tone that doesn't fit your situation. Output is provided "as is" for your review. Always check a message before sending it. Diplio is a writing aid, not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
We aim to keep Diplio running but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may change, and the service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or reasons beyond our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diplio is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the service or reliance on its output. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
You may stop using Diplio at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be subject to the competent courts located in Israel, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
